The Trident Fitness group Training (Tri-Fit PT) is a
strength and conditioning tactic that promotes fitness across the entire
breadth of human capabilities by combining a multitude of exercises in the
realms of sprinting, weightlifting and gymnastics. These seemingly "random" workouts
enhance a wide array of physical characteristics simultaneously such as
cardiovascular endurance, power, speed and agility. Doing so eliminates any muscle imbalances and
allows the body to be ready for any task, at any time. Sprinting through a field and scaling a wall
may be mission critical, or perhaps something as simple as moving an awkward
object into the basement of the house without injury. The Trident Fitness group workout (insert
name instead) would benefit, but is not limited to, the following groups of
people: Military, Police, Firefighters, Triathletes, and beginner athletes of
all skill sets or anybody wishing to have a better quality of life. The workouts are equally as valuable to
Military as well as couch potatoes. How
is that so? The same principles are applied to all participants, but the
workouts are scaled to individual ability levels.
